Standard Fulfillment Items

Orders currently ship within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after processing.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging where applicable. Contact support@lww-us.com before sending any return.

Unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For approved returns caused by a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we cover the approved return shipping cost. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Full details are in our Refund and Return Policy.

Payment

Final available payment methods are shown during secure checkout before you place your order. LWW does not rely on payment method names or logos outside checkout unless those same methods are also available in checkout. Payment processing is handled through secure checkout providers available for that order.
