How Tracking Works

We do not run a tracking lookup tool on this website. Tracking is handled by the carrier, and we send you the link directly, so here is exactly what happens after you order.

Step 1 - Order confirmation email

Right after you place your order you receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Keep this email. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder.

Step 2 - Shipping confirmation email with your tracking number

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. When your order ships we send a second email containing the carrier name and your tracking number. That email links straight to the carrier tracking page for your parcel.

Step 3 - Follow the parcel on the carrier website

Open the link in the shipping confirmation email, or enter the tracking number on the carrier website. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after processing.

If tracking shows no movement yet

A new tracking number can take up to 24-48 hours before the carrier shows the first scan. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

If you did not receive a tracking number

If your order is past the 2-3 business day processing window and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, email support@lww-us.com with your order number and we will look it up and send you the tracking details.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, email support@lww-us.com with your order number. We will open an inquiry with the carrier or fulfillment partner and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
